The IBM Input Management Factory is an end-to-end service for processing content and creating structured data – regardless of the content source or format. It can handle not just handwritten documents, but also emails, ongoing messenger data and archive documents.
It is flexible, scalable and not bound to a specific manufacturer: all received and processed documents are securely saved in the IBM Cloud and made accessible via OpenShift. AI-powered technologies like handwriting recognition, ITR and free-form classification are used to automatically structure content with high precision and extract relevant information. The resulting structured datasets are made available in the format you choose on the interface you choose, making them quick and easy to search.
